Römerpark Housing Development
Living on Roman ground – 1'137 luminaires that get to stay
9'000 m² of housing, supplied over twelve months. Standards-compliant, DALI-capable, repairable.
Building on the existing planning, we worked out a cost- and use-optimised material supply for the Römerpark, reviewing solution variants until product, application and budget fitted together. For all 1'137 luminaires we documented that they comply with the standards, meet the energy requirements and deliver, in lighting terms, what each location calls for. Project-specific parts lists and deliveries timed to the construction sequence brought the material onto the site in the order it was installed. Whenever installation questions came up, we were on site with the electrical contractor rather than referring him to a hotline. And because every luminaire we supplied is repairable, maintenance stays predictable across the life of the development.
